Welcome to one of the first "Fair Play" schools in Canada. We have been following the Fair Play Way and practices of Peaceful Schools since 1996.
Bible Hill Central Elementary School is a small elementary school in the heart of Bible Hill, a village located near Truro, Nova Scotia.
We have 218 students, many of whom live in the immediate area and others who are bussed in from smaller neighboring communities. Our grade levels are grade Primary to grade 4. We have 9 classroom teachers, a learning center teacher, physical education and music teacher. Our teachers are committed to excellence in education and are a very dedicated and welcoming staff.
Our vision is: "Students Reaching Their Full Potential".
We are very proud of our beautiful playground which has been built in partnership with the village of Bible Hill. We also boast great music and physical education programs run during school, lunch time and after school.
Our school has many special events and activities throughout the year for students and families. Concerts twice a year, Dance Festival, Family dances, Theme days, Winter Carnival, and special meals, are just a few of the fun activities Bible Hill "Cyclone" students participate in.
