How to Register
1. Complete and return the Application Form with pictures and English teacher's recommendation to an agent of ISEP in your country by e-mail at least two months prior to the start of the program.
2. Your agent will e-mail you an invoice of the program you choose.
3. Send all the fees by telegraphic transfer using the bank information on the invoice.
4. ISEP will e-mail you a letter of acceptance issued by School Board on the day the registrar receives your;
- Signed Student Application Contract
- Payment of fee
You will need your Student Application Contract (signed by you and your parents) and the acceptance letter issued by the school board for the immigration office in Vancouver or Toronto airport.
5. Prepare your own passport
- You don’t need to get a visa for short-term (up to 6 month) study.
6. You will need to confirm your arrival information at least two weeks in advance and include:
- Name of airline
- Flight number
- Date and arrival time at Halifax International Airport.
7. ISEP’s Host family coordinator will meet you at the airport and take you to your host family, or your host family will meet you at the airport.
